Oh and a bit of news.....
I've been feeling under the weather this week. Not sure if it's a hangover from too many gigs and burning the candle at both ends during Folk Week, or if I have got Man-Flu. It's made the week longer and harder, but I'm feeling a bit more human now. At least the razor blades have left my throat.
So I have been napping this week. Do you have a nap? I guess when I was employed it was difficult to nap, but now I'm my own boss, I can drop to the floor and have 5 minutes of restorative zzz's.
I'm gonna use this as one of my ideas this week.

Here are my ideas for Content this week.
The Lionesses
A real disappointment, but we still got to the Final of the World Cup! Talk about the Lionesses' remarkable journey, despite not winning. Share how it can serve as a metaphor for overcoming challenges in business. What have you nearly won, or how have you worked like a team to achieve great things?
Napping
Do you have a nap? Why not explore napping myths and their impact on productivity? Share insights on the benefits of strategic napping. What do you do? Why not dispel any common misconceptions and offer tips for incorporating short breaks into your work routine? I'm a pro
August Bank Holiday
Tap into the excitement of upcoming bank holidays. Are you doing anything exciting? Do you have any tips for getting the work done before the break? What events can you talk about that are near you or do you have any family traditions for your bank holidays? We used to watch the James Bond movie, but I guess that's not a thing with all the streaming services eh?
Menu Planning
I'm fed up with spaghetti bolognese. What about you? Do you do menu planning for the week when you go shopping? We started this in Lockdown and still do it, but are getting stuck in a groove. We need more inspiration. Do you menu plan? Ask what other people do and come up with some cool suggestions for your culinary masterpieces.
National Dog Day 26th August
Talk about a popular topic that will always get engagement. Talk about National Dog Day and share your pampered pooch's stories. A photo always works!! Whether it's leisurely strolls, elaborate adventures, or heartwarming moments, invite your audience to share their dog-loving experiences. Do you have an office dog? Do a poll on popular breeds, or share your trials of training.
That's it for my ideas this week. Don't forget to mix things up and do a variety of different posts, not always selfies.
You do not need to do a photo every time.
And if you do use photos, do not use stock images. Use your own. Either from your photographer or from your own phone or camera. We want REAL!! We want to connect with the real YOU.
