More Ideas for creating content
Are you still smiling . It's still National Smile Month
How is it going with LinkedIn then?
I have had a couple of conversations with people who are feeling a bit overwhelmed and then LinkedIn is the first thing to go.
I get this. It's tough trying to do EVERYTHING and something has to give eh? I'm trying to do more Tik Tok and I KNOW what I should do, but there are so many other things vying for my attention I do not do as much as I wish.
The sun and the paddleboard are one distraction
BUT. I am still consistent, I do a little bit each day rather than nothing so I CAN fit it in. A little bit each day is easier and better than a chunk every now and then.
Please, DO NOT BEAT YOURSELF UP!!!
Take a breath and work out what you can do.
15 Minutes a day? If this is too much, drop it down a tad, but PLEASE show up EVERY day. Go into LinkedIn at least once every day. Do your Red Dots and add a comment. Impressions and views have dropped on LinkedIn but engagements are still doing well.
Why not drop a comment on one of my posts and you know I'll comment back? Will this help you to get back into a habit?
I'm going to be doing more in my 15 Minute Gang Group. It's a private group, nice and safe to practice your content, or ask questions. Every day I will drop an idea and I hope to drop helpful videos too. Just let me know what you want to see.
Come and say hello here
Have a fantastic week!!
Ashley

This week my video is from my Paddleboard
Here are ideas for Content this week.
Content is everywhere, you only need to look. Why not think about your passions and share what you do or why you do it? It's far more interesting than sharing what you do in your job and it gives us more insight into the real you.
People buy from people who they know, like, and trust so by sharing the real you, we get to know you, like you and in time, trust you.
Please do not worry if you think that someone will say that this is not Facebook. They are the ones with the problem, not you.
So come on what's stopping you?
Here are my ideas for this week.
Trooping the Colour
It's the King's official Birthday, on Saturday King Charles iii will be trooping the colour. Will you be watching? Share your experience or thoughts. It's the first time in 70 years that a king has trooped the colour! Talk about official events that you get involved in or how they affect your business. Maybe you've been to a big celebration that you can share?
Healthy Eating Week
The British Nutrition Foundation is promoting Healthy Eating Week 2023, June 12-16. This year's focus is on providing free, evidence-based advice and support for healthier diets, and overcoming cost barriers. (more resources here). What do you do to eat healthy? Share your best easy recipes. Have you gone vegetarian or vegan or have you ditched the ready meals? Do you still enjoy a pizza once a week because you are good the rest of the week?
Fathers Day
This coming Sunday is Fathers Day. Will be seeing your dad? Or will you be getting your kids to sneak around and make Daddy breakfast in bed? Let's celebrate our dads. Talk about some ideal gift suggestions or what you'll be doing to celebrate our heroes. Spare a thought for those of us who may not have a father figure, maybe talk about how this has affected you or someone you know. Do you have any funny stories of gifts you made when you were little?
Men's Health Week
Does your man look after himself? We are useless eh? Why not talk about some ideas to help improve Men's health such as Scheduling a Health Check-up or signposting local Health Education Sessions? Encourage men to Engage in Physical Activities. Do you know anyone who champions's men's well-being? Give them a shout-out or reach out and see if you can help. They probably have some content that you can share.
Cricket - Ashes 1st Test
From 16-20 June we have the Ashes 1st Test: England vs. Australia at Edgbaston in Birmingham. How many sporting games actually last a week? Will you be watching? Share your stories of cricket. Do you play locally, have you ever hit a century do you know any famous players? Maybe you get involved in working with youngsters to get them into the sport? Have you ever travelled as the Barmy Army? Are you coming to the Digital Accountancy Show?
It's this coming Thursday and I'll be there all day so please try and find me and let's have a natter or maybe a selfie to give you some content ideas
I will be on stage chatting with a couple of LinkedIn Superstars at Midday so you know where to find me. Failing that send me a DM or give me a bell. Be great to meet you In Real Life
Remember what you need to do each day? It's all about creating a habit!
You should aim to do most of these actions every day!!
