Every week I spend an hour or so looking at my pervious week's content performance on LinkedIn and here are my findings.

NEW WEEK Commencing 24 December

Obviously, all my numbers are going to be down this week as everyone is on holiday.

50% is a bit of a hit though eh?

Views Last Week 1,710 down from the previous week. the graph says up by 17%

Views This Week 1,662 the graph says down by 50%

I have had 84 people look at my profile this week. Not bad though.

Followers Last Week 6,379 - This Week - 6,402 a 23-count increase this week, way down.

It's Christmas Eve so I thought that I’d send everyone a message and what better way than a video?

This did great guns and it was the weekend!

I just wanted to wish you happy holidays.

I know that for some this is a difficult time of the year and that some people choose not to celebrate. So if you do not like my sentiment today I do apologise.

I'm all about positivity so all I want to do is spread some Christmas Cheer.

We were still on a bank holiday, but I wanted to keep producing content. It’s goal-setting time so I wondered what people are doing.

When do you plan your goals?

Are you thinking about 2023 yet?

A couple of years ago, as a family, we wrote out our goals for 2021 and what we wanted to achieve. I'd forgotten that we did the same last year.

Last night it was a lovely surprise to look back and see how we'd all done.

One of my goals was to start a book. It's published!

I didn't hit all my goals, but then again, I didn't have them in front of me to remind me.

I also didn't have an actionable plan to keep me on track.

We now have our goals written down.

But what's gonna change for me?

This year I will be making a vision board following my Live Show with Lisa Bailey-Brown. By having my goals on the wall in my shed to remind me each day I have more chance of hitting them.

I am also working with a couple of coaches who'll help me to hit those targets too.

We went out as a family the day before and I saw an interesting poster in the gents bathroom. I thought it was well worth sharing.

Have you seen anything like this in the bathrooms of pubs and clubs?

Sign of the times, or a fantastic way to protect people in difficult situations?

We took the family to BOOM BATTLE BAR yesterday to celebrate the birthday of Mrs Leeds. We had great fun Axe Throwing and I'm pleased to say that I am still alive 😂

When I needed to spend a penny I noticed this poster on the wall and it got me thinking.

Being old I'd never considered how an online dating app could be fabricated and this initiative is a great way to help vulnerable people in a difficult situation.

Three Cheers to Boom Battle Bar and their team. The more we talk about these things the better we make society.

I am adding a new camera to my toolbox and I wanted some ideas for what I need to buy.

Do you ever spend too long on research?

Do you bounce from website to website looking for the perfect thing only to end up with conflicting reviews and mixed messages?

How did you move forward and make that decision?

Maybe you can help...Do you know anything about cameras, please?

Specifically for creating video content.

I've got myself down a rabbit hole looking for a camera to up my video content, which is stopping me from moving forward.

As I know so many clever people here I wonder what cameras you use and is an alternative to the Canon M50 to the Sony EV E10L which is looking good for my budget.

I may be opening a can of worms, but if anyone has some good points, please jump in and share your experience.

October

A year of working with The 6 Figure Bookkeeper and the wonderfully inspiring Zoe Whitman and Jo Wood. Being part of their extended team has really helped me grow and do new things. Thanks, ladies 🙏

November.

I launched my book.

WOW. If it wasn't for my wonderful family (pictured below) I wouldn't be doing any of this fun stuff. Debbie, my wife has been my biggest fan &cheerleader and is there for me every day. Thank you Debbie ❤️.
